The Curse Of Tavros

An adventure indie-style game based on the Minotaur mythology inside a maze tomb. 

Story/Lore for The Curse Of Tavros.

You, the main character, who is named Alex Taylor, are an archaeology student who has stumbled across clues to a long-forgotten myth. The myth entails details of the Minotaur and the Daedalus Labyrinth from which the Minotaur lived inside. Following the clues from country to country, you eventually find yourself on Crete, near King Minos' Palace in Knossos. You ultimately reached the area of where the entrance for the tomb was described to be, fully intending for this once of a lifetime archaeology finding to raise your career into fame and legend for being the person the find the labyrinth and possibly find the bodily remains of the Minotaur, which would flip the archaeology world upside down when it comes to mythology and history. You get near the entrance when suddenly the ground beneath you gives way, and you find yourself in the Labyrinth. 

Your goal is to get out whilst collecting your findings and artefacts in this tomb. However, you might not be as alone as you might think you are!

How to download the game.

If you might be having trouble downloading and playing this game, here is a step by step guide on how to do so.

step 1: Click the download button (currently only available on PC windows)

step 2: After downloading the zip file, locate the file, right-click the file and extract all (wherever you feel like, recommended desktop)

Step 3: Once that is done, open the folder go into 'WindowsNoEditor'.

Step 4: The one you want to select to play the game will be named 'COTv20', and the file type is application.

Step 5: If you haven't done this before, this would most likely appear.

Step 6: Go ahead and follow the directions and install them. It will take a will to download the supporting software.

step 7: Once that is done, it will appear like this (hopefully)

Step 8: All you have to do is click the 'COTv20' to load the game.

Step 9: All you have to do now is enjoy our simplistic game demo.
